Take chana, chillies, garlic n coriander n grind coarsely in mixie

Add oil in kadhai. Add grinded mixture to it. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, dry mango powder n salt n stir it properly till it becomes semi dry. Let the mixture cool down

Take all purpose flour, add hot oil, Salt n carrom seeds n knead dough for cover. Keep it for resting of 15 minutes

Make lemon sized balls of dough. Roll it to poori n fill the stuffing of green chana n cover it properly.

Fry kachori in oil on medium to low flame. Serve it with chopped onion, tamarind dates chutney, chopped coriander n sev
