Bhature Pooris From Multigrain Flour
Steps

Take a kneading bowl add oil, baking powder, Baking soda.

Add powdered sugar, salt, oil.

Add curd. Mix it all well add Lukewarm water. Start kneading the dough.

Knead the dough. Add oil and knead it properly. Close the lid and keep a side for 10 mins.

After 15 mins make equal parts from the dough. Make balls. Dust the dry flour and roll the bhature.

Fry the bhature in hot oil.

Super soft Netty bhature is ready. Served with chole. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy!!
