Broccoli & Spaghetti with pickled broccoli stem and broccoli dust.#Mysterybag2

Ingredients

  1. Fresh broccoli florets
  2. Spaghetti
  3. Tomato
  4. Chilli
  5. Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil pasta in salted water.In a separate pan,boil the florets until tender.

  2. 2

    Thinly slice the stem of the broccoli and put into a small bowl and cover with lemon juice. Use the leftover broken bits of broccoli and put on a baking tray until crispy. Remove from the oven and grind into a powder.

  3. 3

    When cooked,combine the spaghetti with the florets and assemble your dish.Top with thinly sliced chilli and the broccoli powder.Arrange the pickled broccoli stem on top of the halved cherry tomatoes. All the best and enjoy 😉
