Khoya paneer
Steps

In a pan heat a good amount of water. Add sliced onion ginger garlic red whole chilli tomatoes. Bring them to a boil. Strain when cool and make a fine paste Separately.

In another pan heat oil, add whole masalas of your choice. (optional) then add onion paste. Saute for few mins. Add tomato puree. Again saute for good 7-8 mins. Now add roasted khoya, all masalas.

Add some water season it with salt & red chilli powder. Add makhana & pneer cut in cubes. Cook for 10 mins. When ready serve hot.
