In a pateela add oil onions and fry for few minutes till saute

Now add beef stir till the colour change now add tomatoes saltand cover the lid dun stir at this moment

Now open the lid mix with spoon add ginger garlic paste green chilli paste all the spices pkt masala and mix

Keep cooking till the meat gets tender if you want to add some water add water for meat to get tender

Mean while you prepare the yougrt mixture beat the yougrt add food colour in it

Boil potatoes with lil amount of salt and orange food colour

Soaked 1/4 cup rice boiled with some fresh coriander mint leaves also add black cumin bay leaves cloves black pepers small green chillies salt add some lemon juice for lovely rice

Once the rice done stain it and keep aside

Now layer your biryani

Add small amount of rice at the bottom add salan in it now add yougrt mixture potatoes dried plum some coriander leaves now add all rice sprinkle mint and coriandr leaves lemon slice green chillie milk and orange colour mixture in a spiral form dun use spoon

Now put on stove cover the lid give a nice dum for 6 min on a high flame then low a flame and give another dum for 10 minutes
