In a big clean add all your dry ingredients.

In another bowl add your coconut milk,malted butter,egg and flovor.

Add in all your dried ingredients to the wet ingredients and give it a good mix.

Heat your non stick pan under a low heat and start by pouring in the batter at least 1/4 or so to give it the same size.

I don't use oil or butter in frying my pancake cos I like the colour with out the oil but if u want you can use the oil.

Fry it on both side till your desire color is achieved.

Let it cool completely, using pizza cutter and cut it to triangle or your desire shape, sprinkle some desiccated coconut on it and enjoy.

You can top it with chocolate, condensed milk,nutella,ice cream or any toppings of your choice. Enjoy with cold drink or tea ohlalalalakak
