Steps
- 1
Prep the ingredients by cutting the carrot, onion and bell peppers in strips. Season the thinly cut beef with onion and garlic powder, black pepper, seasoning, curry and thyme. Chop the habanero pepper and set aside. Place the rice sticks in a mixing bowl and pour hot boiling water. Make sure the rice stick is properly immersed in the water. Cover and allow to sit for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes strain the water using a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 2
Place a wok or fry pan on medium flame. Heat up about 5 -6 tablespoon of cooking Oil. Add the seasoned beef and stir fry until tender. To the stir fried beef, add the sliced and ginger/ garlic paste. Saute for about 2 minutes then add the carrots. Stir, add the soy/oyster and chilli sauce, then the bell peppers.
- 3
Adjust seasoning and salt if necessary. Add curry and thyme. Add the rice sticks and stir properly. Add a bit of stock or water to steam the noodles for about 2-3 minutes.
