Ingredients

  • 3potato (boiled mashed)
  • 1onion (golden brown)
  • 1/2 tspajwayen
  • 1/2 tspbhuna zeera
  • 1/2 tspkuti mirch
  • 2-3green chilli (chopped)
  • to tastesalt
  • (ingrdients of dough)
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1/2 tspzeera
  • 1/2 tspajwayen
  • to tastesalt
  • water

Steps

  1. 1

    Take boiled potato add all ingredients and make a stuff.

  2. 2

    Take flour add ingredients and knead with water. rest for 30 min to 1 hr.

  3. 3

    Make a dough and shape it. fill stuff and fold edges

  4. 4

    Deep fry samosay

  5. 5

    Fry till brown in colour.

  6. 6

    Now dish out
