Ingredients

  • 6 - 7Green chillies
  • 1 big sizedOnion
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • As required Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped chilli and onion. Heat a pan and add oil.

  2. 2

    When oil heats add mustard seeds, coriander powder, salt and turmeric. Then add chillies and onion.

  3. 3

    Cover it for 2 minutes on low flame. Chilli vegetable is ready.
