I started cooking with ground turkey when a friend introduced me to it as an alternative to ground beef. I now only buy ground Turkey. Here is my type of chilli.

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsground Turkey
  2. 4tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  3. Halfwhite onion
  4. 1garlic piece
  5. 2 tbspcilantro
  6. 2small peppers or 1/2 large pepper of any colour
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. Dashpepper
  9. 1/2 tspWhole Cummin seeds
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. 1 canblack beans
  12. 1 cankidney beans
  13. Garnishing ingredients
  14. Green onions
  15. Red onions
  16. Greek yogurt
  17. Shredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil with cummin seeds for 1 minutes. Add and brown Turkey.

    In a food processor, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add to the ground turkey.

    Add beans and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Or until fully cook and beans tender.

    Garnish with green beans, red onions, greek yogurt, and shredded cheese. Serve with corn bread of your choice. Enjoy.

Hi do you feel that it still taste the same with ground turkey than with beef?
