First take a pan heat oil add Asafoetida, cumin seeds, Cardamom,Dry red chiiy splutter it.

Add chopped onion saute well.Then add tamotes,pinch of salt,and turmeric mix well.cook 7 min in low flame.

After cooked this mixture.Let it cool.Make a paste in mixer jar.

Heat ghee in a Kadai add Asafoetida,cumin seeds splutter it.Add paste saute 3 min in low flame.

Then add all spices and sugar cook till oil spreads.Then add cream mix well cook 3 min in low flame.

Then add cream cook till oil spreads.Then add boiled peas mix well.Add water and salt mix well cook 10 min in low flame

Then heat a pan in oil shallow fry panner cubes.

Garnish with coriander leaves
