Boil sweet corn and drain off excess water now add corn flour, rice flour, maida,pepper powder and salt.

Make sure the flour is coated well to sweet corns.

Remove excess flour and then deep fry in hot oil in low flame.

Later transfer into bowl and add chilli powder, cumin powder, aamchur and salt to make sure everything is mixed well.

Then add onion, nicely chopped capsicum and green coriander. Mix well combining everything. Finally, u can enjoy crispy corn.
