Ingredients

  1. 6-7potatoes
  2. 1/2 tspJeera or Cumin seeds
  3. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  4. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspMaggi masala
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly cut the potatoes in pieces as your wish.

  2. 2

    Now take a pan add oil, add jeera.

  3. 3

    Now add potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala,Maggi masala mix it well.

  4. 4

    After 10-15 minutes aloo is ready to serve.
