Beetroot poori and potato sabzi with spicy chutney

Take beetroot and peel off the upper part..

And cut into small pieces..

And take some water and boil it..

Puree the cooked beetroot

In a mixing bowl,take wheat flour, rava,ajwain,salt and pureed beetroot.mix it well and add some water to make a soft yet non sticky dough..

Heat oil for deep frying...Roll each ball into 4" disc..slide each disc in the hot oil and deep fry from both the sides untill cooked

Serve beetroot poori hot with potato sabzi and chutney..
