Soak overnight/8 hours rice and urad dal with methi seeds separately.

Soak poha 10 mins before grinding.

Drain the water and grind it to smooth batter with poha while grinding.

Add salt and make batter semi flowing consistency.

Heat non-stick pan then pour batter in a piping bag and then pour in desired designs and roast till it tends to loosen.

Once loosen and roll out and serve crispy crepe dosa.
