Wash rice and dal 2 to 3 times and soak it for 5 to 6 hrs. While soaking add fenugreek seeds. Grind it finely. While grinding add soaked puffed rice to it. Make thick batter than normal dosa

Keep it for fermentation for 8 hrs. After fermenting add salt and make dosa of it.

Grind chillies, then add garlic, tamarind pulp and salt to it and grind it again. Add water to grind it finely and adjust the consistency.

Take oil in kadhai, add udaddal, chanadal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves and make tempering and add this to chutney.

Serve Sponge dosa with spicy red chilli garlic chutney
