Steam or boil potatoes until soft.

Boil quail eggs, and peel the shell. and put into food coloring water.

Cut potatoes into half. and scoop out potatoes and make a hole. (see photo)

Put sesame on the rim of potatoes.

Mash the potatoes, and season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.(make potato salad) `Put potato salad back into potato sell.

Put colorful quail eggs on the potato salad. season quail eggs with pinch of salt, if you need.
