Ingredients

  • 2 cupcooked rice
  • 2 cupcurd(prefebly a bit khatta)
  • 1/4 cupRoasted peanuts
  • 4-5Curry leaves
  • 2chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoonoil for tadka
  • 1 tea spoonMustard seeds
  • 1 pinchHing/asafoetida
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix cooked rice and curd and add salt,keep it aside.take a pan for tadka and heat oil,add mustard seeds,hing,curry patta and let it cook for a while.put peanuts in it and sprinkle this on curd rice mixture.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled with papad
