Steps

Dry roast the vermicelli on medium flame until golden brown & then transfer them to a plate.

Pour oil to a pan.When oil turns hot add mustard seeds, chana dal, peanuts & fry until peanuts turn golden & roasted well.

Add onions, ginger,chilli & curry leaves.Fry until the onions turn transparent.

Add chopped carrot, beans, peas & saute for 2,3 mints.Cook covered on a low flame till they turn slightly tender.

Pour water & salt. Then pour the roasted semiya into boiled water & stir immediately to prevent lumps.

Cook on a medium flame till the vermicelli is cooked well.

Serve hot.
