Ingredients

10 minutes
1 serving
  • 2 cupsWater
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 2green cardomons
  • 3peppercorns
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1/2 tspbasil
  • Pinchajwain
  • 1/4 tspsaunf
  • 1/4 tspzeera
  • Honey/ jaggery to sweeten

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add water and start adding ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick, cardomons, peppercorns, oregano, basil, ajwain, saint & zeera.

  2. 2

    Boil this mixture for 10 mintes.

  3. 3

    Strain it and sweeten it up with honey or jaggery.

  4. 4

    Take this mixture twice a day to fight against flu & cold!
