1 kgHung Curd
1/2 cupsugar
2 tbspGulkand
2-3 tbspfresh malai
5-6ice cubes
2 cupsvanila icecream
For Topping-
as required vanilla ice-cream

Assemble ingredients for lassi

Take a big bowl add curd and all the ingredients except Ice cubes

Now take a beater and beat for 5-10 minutes.

Add ice cubes and mix all together and lassi is ready to serve

Put vanilla icecream on top. And serve
