Ingredients

  • 150 gmsraw boiled mango
  • 50 gmswheat flour
  • 50 gmsjaggery
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp laving powder
  • 6-7raisins
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • 6-7chopped almonds
  • 6-7chopped cashewnuts
  • to tasteSalt
  • ForTadka-
  • 1 tablespoonGhee
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seeds

Steps

    Take raw mango. Peel it out and boiled in a pressure cooker.

    Take a pan and add ghee. Roast the wheat flour until slightly brown.

    Take one pot and add boiled mango, jaggery, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, clove powder and roasted wheat flour. Mix with hand grinder using two cups of water.

    For tadka: Take tadka pan. Add ghee and add cumin seeds until it turns to brown. Add this tadka to that drink. Add dry fruits like raisins, chopped almond and kaju. Serve when chilled.
