Keep all required ingredients ready. Boil the milk, once it cools and becomes lukewarm add curd and close lid and allow few hours to become curd.

Take clean white washed cotton bag, dump the curd and close the bags mouth. Keepit on strainer so that excess water is drained out from bag.

Transe the hung curd to a vessel, add powered sugar, cardamom and mix well.

Make paste of nutmeg with a spoon of milk, add the nutmeg paste to hung curd and suger mix

Ghee roast dry grapes, add saffron stigmas, ghee roasted dry grapes, pists pieces and mix well. And garnish with dry grapes, pista and saffron and edible silver sprinklers. Shreekhand is ready. Enjoy with poori/chapati.
