In a saucepan,pour in milk, sugar & water. Mix to dissolve well and put on fire,allow to start boiling, then put on timer for 5 mins, stirring continuously. Once time is up put off heat, set aside to cool. Filter the milk then add in flavour & culture, then stri a bit and cover. Keep in a warm environment undisturbed for 8 - 12hrs. Put in fridge and serve cold.

To achieve greek youghurt, pour the above youghurt into a cheese cloth lining a strainer and keep in the fridge for about 6 -12hrs to further remove all liquid..and your greek youghurt is ready.

Fruits and nuts could be added for extra flavour.
