Coconut chutney
Steps

Add coconut, cumin,salt,chopped coriander,roasted chana dal & water to a blender or chutney jar.

Blend until smooth. Pour water as needed & transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.

Heat a pan with 2 tablespoon oil.

When the oil turns hot, add mustard & zeera.

Soon they will crackle, then add dry red chilli, 1 teaspoon urad dal (optional) and curry leaves.

When the curry leaves turn crisp, add hing and pour this over the coconut chutney & serve.
