This is a very simple Tam Bram (Iyer) recipe that is sour tangy and easy to prepare. This goes well with Mologootal or any bland curries. I have used pickled Nellikai/ Gooseberries/Amla for this recipe.

Grind Coconut and Chillies in a blender to a smooth paste along with Nellikai/ Gooseberries/Amla.

Next, remove the paste into a bowl and add the curd into the same. If the curd is sour do not to worry.

In a Pan or Kadai heat some coconut oil and add mustard and methi seeds to it till they splutter. Now pour this mix carefully to the bowl in which you have the paste with curd. Finally, add some curry leaves to this.
