Ingredients

cooked rice
salt as per taste
1 tspturmeric powder
1finely chopped onion
oil
1 tspred chilli powder
Mustard seed

In a pan heat oil and after oil is heated add mustard seed and then fry onion untill it turn golden
2

Then in bowl add cooked rice add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt
3

Mix it well untill turn it yellow and decorate it with coriander leaves
