Leftover Bharit stuffed Bati

Take wheat flour in bowl add Suji,ajvain,salt,turmeric powder,2 TSP oil mix well

Add water little by little to make hard dough for bati and let it rest with cover for 15 minutes

Now knead the dough take small ball and spread it with fingers put leftover Bharit in it and close all the sides to make bati

Now get all the batis be stuffed

Now heat the non_stick pan on medium flame add 4 TSP oil and place batis over it,after 3 minutes check it,if get loosened turn them,shallow fry from both the sides,then stand the batis to shallow fry the sides of batis,add oil from sides

When all the batis get shallow fried,check it with tooth pick,if it gets clear,they are done,take it down,serve with fried daal,when hot!
