In a bowl add flour,salt, desiccated coconut whisk for a minute. Add the coconut milk and warm water knead until the dough is smooth and well combined then add oil and knead again for a while.

Divide the dough into medium balls. Roll the ball into medium sizes.

Heat the pan on a medium heat.Fry the chapatis until golden brown on both sides. Remove and place them on a serviette to remove excess oil. ready for serving with tea or chicken stew or beef stew
