Quick to prep, and no crust for an easy to throw together lunch or dinner. With ingredients that are sure to be in your fridge already. Different combinations could be chicken and cheese, feta and spinach, ham and cheese.

Quick to prep, and no crust for an easy to throw together lunch or dinner. With ingredients that are sure to be in your fridge already. Different combinations could be chicken and cheese, feta and spinach, ham and cheese.
Steps

Fry off red onions, spring onions and bacon until browned, sprinkle over sugar to caramalize and take off heat once crispy.

In a bowl whisk the eggs and flour until well combined and there are no lumps

Stir in cheese, bacon and onion mix, pinch of salt and pepper, and lastly the melted butter. Stir until ingredients are evenly spread out thought the mix

Portion the mix into individual muffin tins or pour mix into a single deep cake tin.

Heat oven to 350 degrees, or gas mark 4. Place tray into the centre of the oven on a rack and cook for 35 minutes. Check on your quiche around 25 minutes.
