Ingredients

  1. 2 pcsleftover chapati
  2. 1/4 th cup Onion (chopped)
  3. 1 tbsp chilli and ginger (grinded)
  4. 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
  5. 1 tbsp cornflour
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1big boiled potato
  10. 1 tsplemon juice
  11. As neededrefined oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take chapatis, put it in mixer jar and grind into fine crumbs.

    Take all the ingredients.

  3. 3

    In a big size bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

    Mix well and knead it like a dough.

  5. 5

    Grease hands with oil and make small cutlets.

  6. 6

    Add 2 tblsp oil in a pan and shallow fry on medium flame from both sides.

  7. 7

    It's ready to serve hot with sauce or chutney.
