Steps

Cut the butter in dice,add in the flour along with powdered sugar mix and rub.

Knead the dough with cold water and wrap in the plastic sheet. Keep this dough in the fridge for half an hour

Roll the dough and place it on the pie tin

Mix rest of the ingredients for filling and fill the pie shells

Cover the pies with flowers made from dough,for making flower roll a chapati then cut with a bottle lid, make cuts on the outer surface give the shape of patals

Place them in a preheated pan and cover with the lid bake for 25 minutes
- 7
Let it cool remove from the pan and serve
