Ingredients

  1. 5 tbsp in room temperature Puff or pastry fat (margarine)
  2. 2 cupsAll purpose flour (maida)
  3. 1/2 tbspSalt
  4. 1/2 tbspAjwain
  5. 7-8Boiled potatoes
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. As per taste Chat masala
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 medium sized Finely chopped onion
  11. Handful Finely chopped coriander
  12. 4-5Green chillies finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a medium soft dough.

    Rest 15 minutes. Need the dough for 10 minutes.

    Spread the puff fat. Then roll it, fold it, roll it, fold it for 8-10 times
