Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled rice
  2. 1/2 cuprava
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. as requiredWater
  5. 1onion, chopped
  6. 1tomato chopped
  7. 1carrot chopped
  8. some coriander leaves
  9. 2green chillies,chopped
  10. 1/2 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  11. 1/2 tspchat masala
  12. 1/2 tspchilli Powder
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First you can take 1 bowl rice,1/2 cup rava 1/2 cup curd in a mixie and add water and grind it

    Chop all the vegetables and mix in the batter and mix green chilli red chilli, chat masala,jeera salt to taste

    Heat the tawa and put batter and apply oil in the uttapam and flip the uttapam and apply oil uttapam is ready

    Uttapam is ready serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
