Onion Uttapa
One of the South Indian dish enjoyed for dinner

Take 2-3 spoons of batter. Add 1 tbsp water. Mix well. Add salt. Chop onions, chillies and coriander leaves. To this add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.

Now take one spoon of batter, spread it on the tawa. Sprinkle the onions mixture. Cover and cook on slow flame, drop a spoon of oil on the sides. Add butter over the uttapa and then turn it upside down. Cook on the other side also. When done serve with coconut chutney.
