  • 500 glean meat (rump or fillet)
  • 8 tspBBQ spice

  1. 1

    Cut into small cubes (I used a manual meat mince) and add to the machine then grind

    Once done grinding serve as mince or season and make meatballs

    Cook on medium heat, once cooked add a base soup or tomato to top it off

    Serve with pasta
