  2. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  3. 1 Kgshrimp, peeled and deveined
  4. 3bell peppers, sliced
  5. 1onion, sliced
  6. 2garlic cloves
  7. 1 tablespooncumin
  8. 1 tablespoonchilli flakes
  9. 2 teaspoonssalt
  10. 2 teaspoonspepper
  11. 500 gmcooked fettucine
  12. 1 cupparmesan cheese, shredded
  13. Spring onions to garnish

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a large pot over high heat. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side and then remove from pan.

    Next add onions, garlic, peppers, cumin, chilli flakes and stir fry for 5 minutes.

    Add the cooked fettuccine and parmesan cheese stirring until evenly combined and cheese is melted. Add the shrimps and mix well. Garnish with spring onions and extra cheese on top of it. #experimentalcooking

    This is the first time I tried to make some Italian food. People told me to stick to cooking Indian food here in Germany. But as they say: Challenge Accepted. This was a fusion of shrimps fajita and creamy mushroom fettucine. Although I did not add the mushrooms to this recipe.
    Didn’t disappoint anyone that particular evening :) Mission Accomplished!
