Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cuprava
  • 3 cupmilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan on a stove and add rava in it. Then add ghee and mix it. Let it cook till the rava is light golden brown and it give nice aroma.

    After that add 3 cup of milk and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Lastly add sugar and mix till the shiro leaves the pan. Serve it with dryfruits and fresh fruits.
