Chicken Larb (Air Fryer Clean Recipe)

Chop and finely mince the chicken breast, then place it in a bowl.

Slice the cilantro and shallots.

Add the seasonings to the bowl with the minced chicken: low sodium fish sauce, coconut sugar, lime juice, and chili powder. Mix the ingredients in the bowl until well combined.

Add the roasted rice powder and mix again until well combined.

Shape the chicken larb mixture into small patties.

Arrange them in the air fryer.

Set the timer for 10 - 15 minutes and bake at 180°C (about 350°F). Check to see if they are golden brown. Once they are golden brown, they are ready to serve.
