Ingredients

  • 1 cupsabudana
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/2 cupPeanuts
  • 1 tspcumin / jeera
  • 2 tspoil
  • 2-3curry leaves
  • as required Veggies of your choice
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak sabudana for 3 hours. Drain excess water

  2. 2

    Grind peanut and chillies coarsely.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan, add oil followed by cumin seeds and curry leaves.

  4. 4

    Add veggies and sauté till half cooked. Now add sabudana and ground mixture

  5. 5

    Sprinkle water, add salt to taste and close the pan. Let all get cooked for 5 to 6 mins

  6. 6

    Once sabudana is cooked you can see the change in colour. It becomes transparent. Ready to serve hot
