Wash mango and cut into medium pieces

In a mixing bowl add mango pieces salt Turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds powder mix well

Add oil and mix well kept a side for 1 day then take out and taste it enjoy with rice roti idli dosa etc....(Based on mango variety it's fresh for minimum one week and it will not get spoil if yoy keep it in freeze)
