Steps
- 1
1. Heat ghee in a pan ; add suji and roast till golden brown
2. Add besan and roast for 2-3 minutes
3. Till you roast suji, on another gas boil water with sugar &
saffron - 2
4. After roasting suji add sugar and boiling water
5. After 4-5 minutes add dry fruits and stir again for 2 min
6. Add 2 tbsp ghee, stir it and switch off the gas ; it should
be little soft and not completely dry - 3
Transfer in a bowl & garnish with sliced almonds & pista
8. Enjoy HALWA with POORI and BLACK CHANA
