Ingredients

  1. Leftover vegetables
  2. Carrot, sweet potato, onion, spring onion,
  3. Broad bean.....any vegetables
  4. 50 gbacon
  5. 100 gcream cheese
  6. 100-150 gtomato paste
  7. 1bouillon cube
  8. salt and pepper
  9. 3laurier
  10. olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all the vegetables and bacon into small cubes. Boil all in the water with Laurier.

    Put 500ml water and tomato paste, cream cheese.

    Blend soup and season bouillon cube and salt pepper to taste.
