Wash and grate the pear with skin.

Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed vessel on a medium flame, once boiled keep it in a low flame.

Add grated pear and cook stirring continuously and scraping the sides of the pan until thickens

Add sugar,cardamom powder,raisins and almonds
- 5
Turn off the flame,garnish with almonds and cherry.
