Check the quinoa package to see if it needs rinsing before cooking. Boil the quinoa in water for 12 minutes. Cover and let it cool. Divide the cooked quinoa into 4 portions for salads.

Wash the lettuce and tear each leaf by hand.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.

Dice the cucumber.

Combine all the ingredients, toss, and serve!
