I was hungry and I thought about egg role. And I thought how to make it different. So I just fried those veggies and made it and I loved it too.

I was hungry and I thought about egg role. And I thought how to make it different. So I just fried those veggies and made it and I loved it too.
Steps

First crack egg and beat it with pinch of salt and pepper

Heat up the pan and add 2 t spoon of oil at medium flame
- 3
Add garlic and saute for 1 min then add onion and cabbage for another 2 min and then add tomato salt, chilli powder turmeric and mix well

Then spread mixture equally on pan with spoon and pour egg over it and then place roti and flip the roti
- 5
Wait until egg gets cooked from one side then flip whole contain upside down with roti at base and mixture on top

Wait for a minute check it and turn the flame off and serve hot and garnish with coriander
