Ingredients

8-10 servings
  • 1/2 kgpotatoes
  • 6-7 tbspcornmeal
  • 1 tbspchilliflex
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 2 tbspdried pomegranate
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspcrushed cummin seeds
  • 2 tbspcrushed corriender seeds
  • 2 tbspCorriender leaves
  • 2 tbspgreen chilli chopped
  • 2onion grated
  • 1 tspall spice
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbspgrated ginger
  • 5-6garlic chopped
  • 2eggs scrambled

Steps

    Boil potatoes and mash them, then keep them in fridge for 2hrs.

  2. 2

    Beat egg and scramble them in 1 tsp oil.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients in potato along with scrambled eggs and refrigerate it for 2 hrs.

  4. 4

    Grease hands by oil and make kababs, and deep fry in oil upon medium flame. Serve with ketchup. onion rings and lemon.
