Ingredients

Onion / shallots (i use around 350gr of Onion)
Pinchsalt
Pinchwhite pepper (you can skip)
1 tbspflour
1 tbsprice-flour
Oil for fry

I use this kind of onion because i can't find shallot

Slice the onions into thin slice

Add salt,white pepper,flour & rice- flour. Mix them well

Fry the onions until golden brown
