Ingredients

25-30 servings
  • stuffing
  • 200 gGround pork
  • 5 clovesminced garlic
  • 1whole of minced white onion
  • 1/4minced ginger
  • 1/4minced coriander leaves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbspnlemon juice
  • SAUCE/DIPPING
  • 5 tbspnsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspnvinegar
  • 1 tbspnminced ginger
  • 5tbsn of water
  • 1 tbspnbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspnminced coriander leaves
  • halftbspn of honey

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chopped all the dry produce ingredients (Garlic,ginger,white onion,coriander leaves)

    In a bowl with ground pork, add the chopped ingredients with minced coriander leaves

    Seasoned with salt and pepper together with liquid mixture to taste (soy sauce,lemon juice) and give it a mix.

    Stuff the ground pork inside the molo wrapper. or any other gyoza wrapper

    Then fry in a pan. 1 minute per side
