Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place a pot on the stove with water and a few drops of olive oil, and add the diced carrot to cook; after ten minutes of cooking, add the peas and let them continue cooking.
- 2
In another pot, cook the rice with a splash of oil and a clove of garlic. When the oil is hot, add the rice and a little salt, pour in water, and let it cook.
- 3
Boil two eggs, let them cool, and set aside. In the pot with the carrot and peas, add the pasta. Once cooked, let everything cool.
- 4
Boil the shrimp as well. Once everything is cooked, assemble the salad by mixing all the ingredients and dicing the turkey ham into small squares, then add it to the salad.
- 5
Dress with a drizzle of olive oil and a little vinegar, then add mayonnaise to taste, or use cocktail sauce if preferred. It's ready to serve. In the photo, it's without mayonnaise because some prefer it that way; it's up to personal taste.

Creamy Pasta Salad Creamy Pasta Salad
I'm not a big fan of eating the same meals day after day. Which is how I worked out a good recipe for a double serving of creamy pasta salad (or a large single serving). I use whole grain pasta, to up the nutrition a little and to make it more filling. It makes a great lunch. Christina -

Tuna Pasta Salad Tuna Pasta Salad
This is my go to for a hearty pasta salad when I'm craving one that's not made with a creamy base. The tuna packs it with protein and I use whole grain pasta to up the nutrition and to make it a bit more filling. A serving of this with some fresh fruit will keep you full until dinnertime.
